Thermae Palace is easily accessible:

Itinerary
Take the third exit Middelkerke/Nieuwpoort on the President Kennedy roundabout in Ostend. Follow the Elisabethlaan - Northlaan until the Media Center (to your left). Then turn right and take the Troonstraat. Keep on driving and you will automatically arrive in the Koningin Astridlaan. The hotel is located to your left, just beyond the hippodrome.
Car Park
The hotel has its own large car park (170 parking spaces). In walking distance from the hotel, other parking spaces are available, however usually paying.
Language
The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous translation is NOT provided.
Accreditation
Accreditation for general points for a maximum of 22,5 points has been requested. The Plenary sessions have already been approved for a maximum of 2,5 ethical points.
Liability
In registering for the Congress, participants agree that neither the Congress Committee nor the Organisers assume any liability whatsoever. Participants and sponsors should therefore organise their own health and personal insurances.
Exhibition
An exhibition highlighting medical and surgical equipment, pharmaceutical products and books, will be held during the Congress. Access to the exhibition is free for all participants.
Coffee and Lunch
Coffee and tea will be available during the breaks between sessions and a light lunch is included in the registration fee.
Surgical Night
The Surgical Night will be held at the conference location, Thermae Palace hotel at the Astrid & Boudewijn Rooms on Thursday May 2nd, 2018. Seperate registration is mandatory.
