We have negotiated special rates at the Hotel Indigo Antwerp – City Centre (130m from Congress venue). We are holding a limited amount of rooms, so please book your rooms soon as possible by completing your details during the registration process for the congress. 

Bookings will be made on a first come first served basis.
No other room allotment has been booked for BSW Congress 2020.

Cancellation at the Hotel Indigo Antwerp – City Centre is possible up to 24 hours before check-in. Any change will have to be sent directly to the hotel.
