Car Park
There are 660 (paying) parking spaces right underneath SQUARE. You can get in via Place de la Justice-Gerechtsplein, and Stuiversstraat-rue des Sols, and then walk straight into the building.
Access
SQUARE is just across the way from Brussels Central railway station, with national and international high-speed connections to London, Paris, Amsterdam, Köln etc.
Moreover, there are numerous metro links, bus and tram stops close by. You can also hail a licenced taxi from Central Station or hire a city bike from two nearby terminals.
Language
The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous translation is NOT provided.
Accreditation
The conference has been granted 18 European CME credits (ECMEC) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). Also for Nursing Staff accreditation by EORNA has been granted for the Nursing symposium.
Liability
In registering for the Congress, participants agree that neither the Congress Committee nor the Organisers assume any liability whatsoever. Participants and sponsors should therefore organise their own health and personal insurances.
Exhibition
An exhibition highlighting medical and surgical equipment, pharmaceutical products and books, will be held during the Congress. Access to the exhibition is free for all participants.
Coffee and Lunch
Coffee and tea will be available during the breaks between sessions and a light lunch is included in the registration fee.
Surgical Night
The Surgical Night will be held in Cercle de Lorraine, on Friday May 20th, 2016. Cercle de Lorraine is within walking distance of the conference venue.
