Registration

Registration fees

Registration for the Spring Meeting is mandatory and can be done through the links provided on the RBSS.be-platform. Your basket will be cretaed when you are logged in. You need to be registered on rbss.be to be able to register for this meeting. If not done so, you will be redirected first to create your profile. Registration includes participation in the scientific sessions, coffe breaks and lunch.

Fees:

How to get there?

Find your way to the Provinciehuis Vlaams-Brabant in Leuven. 

Take the Leuven ring road preferably in the counter-clockwise direction. Do not enter the tunnel under the station but take the side road. Drive further upto the KBC bank office on the station square and turn right, just before the KBC office. After heading under a small bridge, you will drive now nexto the train rails. At the end of this one way traffic side road, you will find the parking of the Provincial House. Follow the appropiate signs.  Click here for directions and a map view.

Parking

There is a visitors parking provided in the basement at the 2 level of the Provinciehuis (paying). Other parkings are in the immediate neighbourhood, including the car park at the Kessel-Lo side side of the railway station (700 places).
